I know he has been on twitter a lot since winning the title last night didn't seem to cocky just happy . I don't have facebook so I don't know what he said on there . Anybody see the preview for Quintessential Pro Wrestling show " Well Worth the Wait " when I first read the title I thought totally trying to do what PWG does with the goofy show title but once I watched the preview I noticed Excaliber doing commentary which I was kinda shocked about . Looked like a solid card might get the dvd .

First of all I didn't know he won the title, so congrats to him for that. He makes at least a post or two every day about how he is the greatest of all time, and how he's better then everyone else, it's pretty annoying.

He 'turned heel' on his Monster Express stable-mates upon his return to Japan, so I think he's just been playing up to the character.

It's so awesome that he won the Open the Dream Gate title. He's the first 'gaijin' to do so, so huge congrats to him.

Are they ever gonna announce the next card? Lol, at this point I'm checking Twitter several times a day.

Same. I worry that they're getting burned out on PWG, with the recent delays in getting ASWX out... even just the preview videos took a few weeks.

Mildly concerned. Heck, if they just said 'Mystery Vortex II!' we could just go 'oh okay, it's on purpose' and wait for the tickets to go on sale. :)

I don't think they are getting burned out on PWG, I have a feeling what's happening is Dragon and Excalibur are having trouble putting the card together due to Drake missing the next show and Matt Jackson's hand. I know they will have another amazing show, but I'm dying of antisipation, lol.

I don't know how long you have been following PWG, but it's only reciently that DVD''s and previews have been released in a timely manner, BOLA 09 took fucking forever, at least two or three months to come out on DVD.

APW's facebook says Drake Younger has signed with the WWE. Great news, but it leads to a great question-who's taking the title from Cole now?

And suddenly all the 'wait and see!' on Drake's PWG World Championship run fall flatter than WWE's fan base after Summerslam. :P

Seriously, though, I like Cole and all but they really need to have a 'go home happy' ending for once.

Was blown away when I saw Drake signed with WWE real happy for him if it is true . But I wonder how much this throws a wrench in things with the title picture .

Wow!!! Fantastic news, proof that hard work can pay off, and I don't know of anybody who has worked harder to turn their personal life, professional life, and body around then Drake.

As far as the title goes, I think its O'Reilly's time to shine.

I guess Younger could do to Cole what Danielson did to Hero, but that would probably be too predictable.

Intersting how all three finalists for the last TPI (Claudio, Sami, Drake) are under (or will be under) WWE contract.

Predictable to whom? It's been a long time since that happened.

Heck, when does it ever happen?

People ALWAYS job when going out in a title match.

Seeing Drake win would be just as much of a good-time feeling as it was when Danielson left.

Hell, I think it would be interesting if the belt was put up for grabs, and they had a Royal Rumble-like show where the Battle Royal/Rumble is the main event (including all the wrestlers in the previous matches). Hell, it'd be even more awesome if it was a 30-man Rumble, with a lot of old, old PWG alumni showing up for a one-time only deal.

When it comes down to the final 2, it becomes a regular match.

I like my idea.

Huge congrats to Drake! Couldn't happen to a nicer guy :P

As far as challengers to the title goes, I'd like to see Ricochet and Elgin given a shot.
