I met RVD countless times as most people from San Pedro have. Especially during his ECW days when only a handful of people knew who he was. But even at the height of his popularity in the WWF he remained the same guy working out at public gyms, from the YMCA to Ballys, and always stopping to take picture, talk to fans, and answer questions. He he even went out of his way to compliment my friend on how much he squats and even asked him to spot him on the bench. When we were thirteen watching him in ECW in 1996 we never seen that coming. I'm not in love with the guy nor am I some super fan. He never paid my bills or bought any of my kids school clothes. But he has remained the most cordial professional athlete I ever heard of. If he has some negative comment about some Indy kids that should subject him to such strong hatred. I'm sure his opinion is much more valid than yours or mine. But of course I'm assuming nobody who posted a negative comment is a 20 year professional wrestling vet.
I hear what your saying... however, I have to disagree a bit.
First off, an opinion as an OPINION
. There is no right or wrong, nor is 1 opinion MORE
valid than another.
2nd, I love RVD, he's the whole F'kn Show... but the bottom line is this:
This is PWG.. and at PWG the Young Bucks are the 'cream of the crop
.' We all watch them month after month and we all know they come to 'deliver
' each and every single night just like everyone on the enitre PWG roster. When an outsider comes in and starts talkin shit about one of our 'own,
' you best believe we are going to defend them.
Now, you may not agree with that.. and that's Ok ( i respect your opinion
By the way I too have met RVD on several occasions, and yes.. he is a very nice guy and he does have a VERY
