because with its 150 characters, you can post a bunch of random stuff like Young Bucks dissing Kevin Steen's mom's poutine, Willie Mack appearing on the Antique Roadshow, Johnny Yuma living at Dave and Buster's, and Joey Ryan not allowed to talk about baseball on commentary

speaking of twitter, some bad news concerning BOLA

Unfortunately we will not be doing green screen for the BOLA DVD's in end. We apologize.

With a few days away from the 'big dance,' Imma go out on a 'limb' here and say that the KoW get eliminated in the 1st round...
Im hoping Mack get's far, outside of him I would not mind Generico adavancing to the finals. Roderick has been in the finals twice, so I dont really want to count him out, but my gut instincts tell me he will lose.

Mack over Hero
Generico over Claudio
Edwards over Strong
Steen over Finlay

RockNes Monsters over The Dynasty

Mack over Generico
Steen over Edwards

*Suprise match- KoW challenge the Bucks one last time.

Steen over Mack

Hmmm I keep going back and forth between Mack and Steen for the winner... I'll say Mack beats both the Kings but loses to Steen in the final. Steen then uses his Bola victory to get a (guerrila warfare) match with Generico

BOLA 2011 was an absolute HOME RUN show of the year contender and one the best times I've ever had at a live Pro Wrestling event! Honestly, it was amazing! Thank you to everyone at PWG for putting together such a great card! And I'd also like to give props to one of the best crowds I've ever been a part of. The energy was strong throughout, which is impressive given that this thing ran somewhere around four hours.

The first couple matches were very solid yet unspectacular, which is fine. Chris Hero and Willie Mack had a fun match that had it's ups and downs, but was ultimately a nice way to start the show. Kevin Steen and Fit Finlay hit each other hard and often. There was almost a feeling of the torch being passed here...quite violently...but passed nonetheless. The 3rd match of the show was pivotal... El Generico vs Claudio Castagnoli started off pretty pedestrian and seemed to be on the verge of being a slight disappointment. But leave it to Mr. "Hey" and Mr. "Ole" to go completely orbital with their shit and create a near masterpiece in the process! It's almost 2 A.M., so I apologize for the early morning drunken snowflakes, but this was easily **** 1/4 and it also took the show into a higher gear which never diminished afterwards!

Eddie Edwards and Roddy Strong had to follow the unbelievable second half of the previous match, and they did a hell of a job keeping the crowd heat going. This was pretty much what you'd expect from these two...lots of hard hitting goodness and top notch wrestling. Next up was the RockNES Monsters against Joey Ryan and Scorpio Sky with the winners gaining a title shot against the Young Bucks on Sept. 10. This was pure FUN and the crowd ate it up. The RockNES Monsters are one of the best babyface tag teams in the biz today, but the Dynasty were able to use their experience to eek out a hard fought victory. After the match the Young Bucks showed up and attacked everybody. But with the fans chanting "Kings Of Wrestling", Hero and Claudio came out and issued a challenge. The Bucks pussed out...for the time being

The semi finals were both excellent. Generico vs Willie Mack and Steen vs Edwards both delivered great action. Not much more to say at this point. The crowd was into everything and a lot of people were pulling to see Steen vs Generico in the finals. We thankfully did get a Young Bucks vs KOW match and it was really good. This didn't need to be a match of the year contender to do its job, and it proved to be the perfect blend of the Young Bucks' awesome heel work and the Kings of Wrestling physical domination.

Finally we arrived at the next chapter of Kevin Steen versus El Generico...and it was perfect! Honestly, this match was both a worthy finale to a great tournament while also being a huge appetizer for a title match down the line. And even though the PWG crowd loves both guys, they were going apeshit for Generico's victory here. The atmosphere at the end of this show was incredible! Simply stated, BOLA 2011 is a MUST SEE show! Thanks again to everybody involved!
