I don't really know these guys' work much, other than Chip. But, looks like we've got 3 in wrestling in two days.
Brett Keen, who wrestled in the Ohio and Kentucky area as Chip Fairway, passed away in his sleep on 4/9 at the age of 38. Keen, who was originally trained by Les Thatcher, was a regular for both the HWA and IWA Mid-South and was a hell of a hand. He hadn’t wrestled in a number of years and floated away from the business in order to devote his full attention to raising his children.
Frank Morin, who wrestled as Stinky the Homeless Guy, in the Montreal area passed away on 4/1 due to complications from cancer. He was only 23 years old. Morin had wrestled for a number of the local independents, including C*4 and ISW. Slam! Wrestling featured a piece on his life and passing, which you can read by clicking here.
