ASW 3 Night 2 results

Postby CheMateo » Sun Apr 09, 2006 9:45 pm

Don't know if anybody else will post this as I'm typing it but what the hell.

Disco Machine and Excalibur beat TopGun Talwar and Bino Gambino.

Ronin beat Phoenix Star.

B-Boy beat Kevin Steen, Chris Sabin and Frankie Kazarian to become the number one contender against Joey Ryan.

Matt Sydal beat Roderick Strong

Jimmy Yang beat MDogg 20

Scorpio Sky beat Chris Hero

Scott Lost beat TJ Perkins and Claudio Castagnoli

Joey Ryan beat Necro Butcher in the Dino Winwood Challenge

Super Dragon and Davey Richards beat Cape Fear to retain the World Tag Titles.

Hope that is everything and I did not leave anything out. If I did sorry. I thought this was the best ASW. My only dissapointment is not with the show but with the crowd tonight, they weren't as excited for the main event as I was. What can you do?

GREAT show, more thoughts late... but I thought it was one of PWG's best.

Necro Butcher was a total surprise. Good job by PWG on that one.

ALSO confirmed for the next Show on May 6th at The Gym at the Park in La Habra (WAR's old venue)

Joey Ryan Vs. B-Boy
SD/Davey Vs. The Briscoe Brothers
American Dragon Vs. Kevin Steen
Chris Sabin Vs. Austin Aries
Human Tornado Vs. Colt Cabana
Rocky Romero Vs. TJ Perkins
Hero/Claudio/Arrogance Vs. Los Luchas/Cape Fear in an 8-man

PLUS: Kazarian, Sky, Disco, Nemesis, Koslov, Ronin and more.

That's almost an ASW by itself!

awesome show, I personally loved seeing Necro Butcher in a PWG ring, hope he comes back to PWG in the future, next show looks great, especially AmDrag vs. Steen and Tornado vs. Cabana, 2 matches I've been waiting to see, plus HOPEFULLY the Briscoes return to PWG, surprised they are doing it in WAR's old and last venue,

Can't wait to see ASW on DVD!

What an awesome weekend of wrestling! PWG does it again. How many people would intentionally miss Wrestlemania, but make it a must to attend both nights of All Star Weekend 3? I did, and am glad that I made that choice. There were so many great moments, and I can't wait to re-experience them on dvd. But there is nothing like being there live and having the opportunity to be so close to the action.

So, why won't this be happening at the JCC?

Good question. Maybe the Hollywood JCC has another "event" that weekend? Or maybe it's cost cutting measure? or perhaps PWG just wants to try and run in new areas. Anyone's guess really...

But regardless of where the show happens to be held, it's PWG and will still be a great show (and it's alot easier drive for me personally, so I'm looking forward to it)

The reason PWG wil not be at the JCC

Postby luca brasi » Mon Apr 10, 2006 1:04 pm

is because they (the JCC) have already booked an event at their facility... the BANGLES will be playing there!

Most of the endings had feet on the ropes or a handfull of tights

and I liked it, i missed the first 2 matches, but IT was still worth my 20 bucks.

Anybody else think Necro was just some random Homeless dude walking in from the streets?

I thought Necro would look like like Abdullah(sp?), but his weed leaf tat is pretty cool besides that he looks like a bum.

I heard cholos ran PWG out of Hollywood. Trust. Even Rick Knox can vouch for me on this.

"Can we bring out guns?" - Cholo #1

in a calm, collected voice: "No man, what're you thinking?" - Knox

Knox then proceeds to get the fuck outta there.
