Official Chants Thread

Postby Souf Centrol » Tue Apr 13, 2010 1:13 am

When we were at the show I noticed nobody chanted "man up" for the briscoes so when I started it he looked at me like "yeah" so I think we should now peoples chants and/or make some for our people. Just like when everybody was buzzing for paul london. I didn't know about that so ...yeah

Briscoes - Man Up

I'm going to start counting the cutlers push ups since he liked when I started it http://twitter.com/BrandonCutler

I was talking to Gatson outside and he said he really likes the Chilli chant, which obviously started saturday. I'm still confused to why it started lol He also said he was thinking about my Action Gatson name. I think he reads the boards too as well as Johnny goodtime, they both said something about me on the boards

I was sitting near the guys who, I think, started the Chili chant. No idea why. The closest I could think of, was, Texas, chili, but, I don't know if it was that chili, or, Chile the country.

I think we should have an official place to know what to chant for certain people.

I never would have thought man up for the Briscoes, but, that's because I've not watched ROH in some time, so, I've forgotten a lot of their stuff.

Generico has - anything in Spanish works for him I imagine. I like the idea of counting Cutler push ups.

I can only think of one reason for the chili/Chile chant.

So... is that Gatson for real? The resemblance is huge, but of course it could be a look-alike who stole his name (!)

I'm stupid, help me out here.

Don't worry, you weren't the only one to think that.

It's one hell of a video.

He should really use that song as his theme if he's not already.

Yep, that's the reason. So basically towards the beginning of the Gatson Taylor match I shouted, "Come on Gatson, do it for Chile!" or something like that. He stopped in the corner close to us, kinda laughed for a bit and asked, "Could we get a Chile chant started?" The rest is history.

This is Gatson as well:

10 time winner on Star Search! Is wrong that I'd like to see a "Four Boys and a Babe" reunion in PWG? They could dance Gatson to the ring to some early 90's dance song. Ok, maybe not...

TigerDriver98, if its wrong to see a Four Boys and A Babe reunion in PWG, then I have no clue what's right anymore but we need Arsenio Hall or Maury Povich to present them at least

I wanna see Gatson come out and cut a promo calling himself the "Ten time, ten time, ten time Star Search Champion", Booker T style but holding up both hands...

Hey, if I can dream, anyone can. I usually go with a buddy from Arcadia, but, hell I'm all in for carpoolation. PWG, making fans go green since, what's the dat today?

I'm ok with the "Soooo Strong" during certain moves. It's odd, and different.

I miss me some sweet Necro chants though.
