looks like TNA is trying to recreate the Hardy boyz. Don't be surprised if Jeff hardy has an angle with them.

When I first saw the picture I immediately thought of Jeff Hardy circa 1997 and I can recall the King scoffing at Jeff and telling Mr. Monday Night to "Take care of this little Jon Bon Jovi wannabe or whatever he is..."

Well, I'm curious about their debut match and will be looking forward to the next episode of Impact.

I agree, horrible name change.

lol @ Bang Me

"More Bang Me for your Buck?" lol IDK I hope they use them right, the Bucks are capable of great things.

I think this will be good for PWG. The Bucks won't be allowed to wrestle in ROH or DGUSA, essentially making them exclusive to PWG, with the possible exception of CHIKARA but they weren't regulars there anyway.

Apparently Kendrick is TNA-bound as well. There goes the entire faction.

Yes that's a good point. Thankfully TNA seems to have relaxed and now Bucks & Kendrick could possibly remain exclusive to PWG.

That's not surprising that they are stealing PWG's thunder, so to speak. PWG has gotten a proven good thing going.

Well if all that's true, you could just make MCMG team with Kendrick/YB and just call them Team TNA. Sure that's not the original route, but I'm sure PWG could make it work. All of them should be able to play an over confident "I'm better than everyone here" kind of character.

Awesome debut by the Bucks aka Generation Me. They do have new names in TNA too...Matt is now Max and Nick is now Jeremy. Besides the name change they pulled out all their key spots. The match starts the show if anyone misses it and can see a replay.

It's ridiculous hearing the crowd chant "Young Bucks" and that's not their name.

Did anyone else hear Tazz say, "Who are these young bucks?" during the match? Lol. Pretty good debut, but weird hearing them being called Max and Jeremy. What's wrong with Matt and Nick?

Well TNA usually changes wrestlers names so they can own the rights to their names. You know make the name exclusive to TNA. I mean just imagine if TNA owned the name The Young Bucks that means Matt and Nick would have to change their names to something else in the indies.

It seems to be a recent thing. MCMG use their name worldwide, yet the Bucks and Nigel got new ones.

Well you were right Brian Kendrick debuted for TNA tonight at their Genesis pay-per-view. He was the mystery opponent for Amazing Red X-Division title

This whole name thing started in 2006 with Low Ki... remember Senshi? The MCMG had that issue worked out a while ago, something about them using Murder City Machine Guns in TNA and TNA refusing, so they got stuck with Motor City Machine Guns. Something like that. They said it in an interview I saw on youtube a while back.
