Big Vision Entertainment and MTV will be producing a new television pilot for MTV on Thursday, February 9th in Los Angeles.

Now SoCalUNCENSORED.com brings you exclusive news on two dark matches featuring SoCal talent, as well as a special bonus match. Plus an exclusive ticket offer for readers of SCU.

Click below for more information.

Big Vision Entertainment and MTV Dark Matches

Disco Machine & Joey Ryan & Topgun Talwar vs. Scorpio Sky & Zokre & Phoenix Star

Puma vs. Tommy Williams

And the bonus match of Human Tornado vs. Delirious vs. Luke

These matches are so that MTV execs and the show's writers and producers can see talent that may be offered contracts if the show is picked up for a full season.

As far as tickets to the taping goes, "first come, first serve" tickets will be available at PWG's event this Saturday and a number of local shows before February 9th, however as an exclusive for SCU readers, Big Vision Entertainment will be giving away a limited number of "Guaranteed Tickets".

In order to get the Guaranteed Tickets, send me an e-mail at steve@socaluncensored.com with the subject "MTV TICKETS" and include your name, address, and e-mail. All e-mails will be forwarded to Big Vision Entertainment, and they will mail tickets out to you.

There are only a limited number of these tickets available, and all requests need to be in by February 2nd.

More info will be posted as it's announced.

Still, it's another pay-day for the wrestlers involved.

anyone know where they are taping? I mean, I'd love to see Sean Waltman, New Jack, and Teddy Hart all go totally mental in front of an MTV audience, but I ain't driving out to Temecula for this.

Is anyone else going to this event tomorrow? What is the thing with paid audience members? I just hope the guarantee ticket I have will still allow me to get in. With these paid members plus all the other tickets, it sounds like a lot of people will be there.

Planning on going alright, but I think you had to call that guy and get on a list to get paid. I'm assuming they passed out the tickets to the "real" wrestling fans so they could get a decent crowd reaction during the show, and they paid that talent agent/crowd filling agency to get "pretty mtv" people into the front rows so that the MTV audience wouldn't realize just how ugly a TRUE wrestling fan base really is.

I just saw the results and I am glad I wasn't able to go. It sounded like a crappy event.

I bet it won't even make it onto tv. Who wants to see 1-2-3 Kid vs Vampiro.

Can you link me to the results/review page or tell me what happened?

Human Tornado over Alter Boy Luke & Puma in the Dark Match.

Jack Evans over Matt Sydel with a 630

Vampiro & Six Pac win the Ten Man Ladder/Over the top Rope Rumble Style Match.
Two Contracts were suspended above the ring and they're battle for the "Title" at the next event. If there is one. Other guys in the Main Event were Teddy Hart, Chris Hammerick, New Jack, Al Katrazz, Lone Star, Justin Incredible, Kaos, and Puma.

mtv show

Postby eastcoastbias » Sat Feb 25, 2006 4:33 am

Kevin Kleinrock was there wearing a headset. Mando Guererro was introduced as a "stunt coordinator". There was only one dark match. It was filmed in an old factory off the I5 on N Main St. There were a lot of nonwrestling fans there bitchin' and moanin' about the matches. If it ever makes it to TV I'll be interested in what they actually use. Zakk Wylde seemed thrilled to be there.

For you guys on Myspace, Wrestling Society X has a page now. Apparantly they're going to use Myspace to give out tickets to tapings that are supposed to start in Oct.
