Dragon Gate treat 97-year-old fan to 1st live match

jae from iHEARTdg discovered this absolutely heartwarming story and Ricochet has been spreading the word out as well.

A Japanese variety show called Knight Scoop did a segment about a 97-year-old woman who is arguably the country's oldest wrestling fan. She's been a fan as far back as the Showa Era, but surprisingly never had the chance to see a match in person. She is currently under hospice care and cannot leaves the premises due to her health. She passes the time by watching wrestling DVDs. Her current favorite promotion is Dragon Gate and when we first meet her she is enjoying the recent Lumberjack Whip Match between Gamma and Yosuke♡Santa Maria. The show contacted Dragon Gate and they sent over both wrestlers, along with CIMA and Mexican import Flamita, to give her the first wrestling match she would ever see live.
