If ROH didn't have the necessary buys to keep the deal going, I don't see how Dragon Gate would fair any better.

More power to Gabe for fighting back against ROH and trying to make DG USA into a big deal.

If ROH didn't have the necessary buys to keep the deal going, I don't see how Dragon Gate would fair any better.

The difference, I think, is that Dragon Gate, being primarily a Japanese-based promotion, doesn't need to get a whole lot of buys to begin with.

Well, originally, ROH didn't need many either. But when they raked in somewhere around 50 buys for Driven, that started getting questions for ROH on ppv. I don't think Dragon Gate will be able to capitalize, either. I'll probably buy a couple if they come to Dish Network as I did the ROH ppvs, but I'm probably not their target audience.
