Have the new DVDs been shipped?

It has now been a week, and my DVDs have not yet arrived.

In comparison, I made an order to Smart Mark Video on Friday, and they got me my tapes on Monday.

So... I'm surprised that, a week later, I don't have my PWG DVDs.

Smartmark video is great at shipping DVDs. I usually receive my DVDs from them in 1 or 2 days. No fucking joke; my last 2 orders from them have arrived the next business day. ROH wrestling and Highspots are great as well but not quite as good as Smartmark. I usually receive my orders from them between 3 and 5 business days. RF Video ships quickly but sometimes they advertise items that are not in stock so its best to place your order with them over the phone to ensure immediate availability.

I got my Tango & Cash DVD in the mail 3 days after I ordered it! PWG is the best

highspots are generally good an get there within a week where as roh i'm still two weeks an waiting for my latest order there

It has now been two weeks... and my DVDs still have not arrived.

I've sent e-mails to PWG officials... and gotten no response?

What the heck is going on? Apparently... PWG isn't interested in having my business.

Great, Chris Vetter won't review PWG for the Torch anymore.

I don't doubt that my DVDs will ....eventually... arrive in the mail.

My frustration stems more from the fact that I've sent emails and gotten no response.

That's just not the way to conduct business.

UPDATE: I just got an email from PWG, saying the cases had been destroyed, and were shipped back to them somehow.

So... new ones are being shipped out .... I hope to see them soon.
